Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between MSFX LTD ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and you ("the Client", "you", "your"). By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.
MSFX LTD is a Money Services Business (MSB) registered in the under Registration Number 31000307035297. Our registered office is located at 1312 17TH ST UNIT NUM2955, Denver, Colorado, 80202.
This Agreement, including any Schedules, constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and the Client regarding the services provided by MSFX LTD.
Services
MSFX LTD provides services including but not limited to money transmission, currency exchange, issuance, and sale of money orders and traveler’s checks, and other related financial services.
All services provided are subject to the terms set out in this Agreement and any applicable governing laws and regulations.
Client Obligations
By accepting this Agreement, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to promptly update such information as necessary.
You acknowledge and agree that all transactions conducted with MSFX LTD are for your own account and that you will not act as an agent or trustee for any other person.
Transactions
Transactions with MSFX LTD will be carried out on an execution-only basis unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
The Company may refuse to execute a transaction if it believes the transaction might violate applicable laws or this Agreement.
You are solely responsible for monitoring your account and ensuring that sufficient funds are available to cover all transactions and associated fees.
Fees and charges
All fees and charges related to the services provided by MSFX LTD will be disclosed to you before the completion of any transaction.
You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with transactions, including but not limited to transaction fees, currency exchange fees, and any applicable taxes.
Liability
MSFX LTD will not be liable for any loss, cost, or expense arising from any errors or delays in the transmission of funds or the execution of transactions, except where such errors or delays are directly attributable to our gross negligence.
The Company is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized transactions conducted through your account unless such unauthorized transactions result from our failure to take reasonable security measures.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Denver.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colorado.
Ammendments
MSFX LTD reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to you through the contact information provided in your account, and your continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of such amendments.
